The most comprehensive hot water resource on the Gold Coast
Greater Plumbing Co needed a second, specialist website focused entirely on hot water system replacement — a high-value service that homeowners research before calling. The goal was to become the most comprehensive and trustworthy hot water resource on the Gold Coast, so that when a system fails, Greater Plumbing is the first call.
The problem
When a hot water system fails, homeowners search for answers — what type to replace it with, what it costs, whether they qualify for rebates, and what size they need. Most plumbing websites offer a paragraph and a phone number. The information gap is filled by manufacturer sites and generic comparison tools that don't account for Gold Coast climate, energy rates, or local regulations.
The business needed a website that could answer every question a homeowner might have — systems, brands, costs, rebates, sizing — with enough depth and local specificity to rank for long-tail search queries and convert informed visitors into quote requests.
