A procurement-grade shopfront for an Indigenous-owned reseller
This is a live marketing and lead-generation website for an Indigenous-owned Australian reseller of enterprise print and managed-print technology. The whole commercial thesis is procurement: as a certified Indigenous business, the client can win government and corporate contracts through preferential procurement pathways that let buyers purchase directly, without an open tender. The site’s job is to convert that policy advantage into qualified enquiries — so it is built as a procurement-grade shopfront, not a generic brochure. Everything below is described against the running code and the live site.
The problem
An Indigenous-owned reseller has a real, specific commercial edge — government and large-corporate buyers have procurement targets and exemptions that favour certified Indigenous suppliers — but only if buyers can find them, understand the advantage, and trust the offer. Most businesses in this position have a thin website that doesn’t speak the language of a procurement officer.
The client needed a site that did three things at once: establish credibility with government and enterprise buyers, explain the Indigenous-procurement pathway clearly enough to act on, and turn interest into qualified enquiries — with the polish to sit alongside the enterprise hardware brands it resells.
What we built
A fast, static-first marketing site built around the procurement story — credibility content for government and corporate buyers, a real product catalogue, an SEO content engine, and a differentiated AI lead tool — with enquiries flowing straight to the business.
A procurement-grade credibility layer
Dedicated pages for government and corporate procurement that explain the Indigenous-procurement advantage in the buyer’s own terms — the certification, the preferential pathways, and how to purchase directly — with the certificate served on the site. It is written to be read by a procurement officer, not a consumer.
A real product catalogue
Six enterprise devices with full specification detail pages — not a stock-photo grid, but real models a buyer can compare and enquire about, tied into the enquiry flow.
An SEO content engine
A blog and resource library targeting the exact searches a government or corporate buyer runs, with structured data, a sitemap and OG imagery — built so the site earns visibility on procurement intent, not just brand searches.
A built AI assessment tool
A guided, multi-step assessment built to ask a buyer about their needs and use Claude to recommend a device — grounded so it can only recommend from the real catalogue, never invent a spec — and capture the enquiry. It is the differentiated lead magnet: an interactive hook designed to qualify a lead while it helps them.
Leads straight to the business, no platform in the middle
No database, no accounts, no rented CMS — the content lives in version-controlled files, the site is a static build on the Australian edge, and enquiries flow straight to the business by email. Deliberately simple: a fast, owned shopfront with nothing to license or be locked out of.
Inside the build
Real screens from the running platform, captured with placeholder data.

The outcome
The site turns a policy advantage into a shopfront a procurement officer can act on. The credibility layer speaks the buyer’s language, the catalogue gives them something concrete to enquire about, the content engine earns visibility on procurement searches, and the built AI assessment adds a differentiated, interactive hook designed to qualify a lead while it helps them. It is a static-first site with nothing to license and nothing to be locked out of — fast, owned, and built around the one advantage the business actually has.
