Dumped is a professional junk removal service in Brisbane. In an industry where most websites are template-built and forgettable, the owner wanted a platform that matched the quality of his service — professional, trustworthy, and immediately distinct from competitors.
The problem
Junk removal is a crowded, low-trust market. Most websites in the space use stock imagery, generic copy, and identical templates. The business had 111 five-star Google reviews but no online presence that reflected that reputation.
The owner needed a website that converted visitors into quote requests, showcased real work (not stock photos), and ranked for Brisbane-specific search terms — while feeling premium enough to justify higher pricing than template-site competitors.
