JL Coastal Projects is a premium building and construction company on the Gold Coast, specialising in custom home builds, luxury renovations, and high-end commercial fitouts. The owners, Matt and Sam, had a growing reputation but a website that didn't reflect the calibre of their work.

The problem

The existing website used a chunky, bold design that didn't convey the premium nature of the builds. Load times were slow, especially on mobile. There were no clear conversion pathways — visitors could browse project photos but had no structured way to enquire about their own project.
